Thank you for shopping at House of Fashion Style. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

1. 7-Day Return Policy

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 (seven) days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

2. Eligibility for a Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must have all original tags and labels attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (like your order number).

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at kaif.houseoffashion@gmail.com within the 7-day return window.

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Your Order Number

    • The name of the item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, not as expected, etc.)

    • A clear photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.

  3. If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

 

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

  • Please email us at kaif.houseoffashion@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags removed.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

6. Return Shipping

 

  • For general returns (e.g., change of mind, size issue): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item): House of Fashion Style will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a shipping label or arrange for a reverse pickup from our shipping partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, DHL).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

7. Refunds

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email to let you know if the refund was approved or rejected.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via Razorpay).

  • Please note: It can take some time (typically 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at kaif.houseoffashion@gmail.com.

 

8. Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
